We take the worry and frustration out of designing a monument
for a loved one that is different or unique.
1) We begin by first listening about what you are looking for and gathering information about elements you may want included in the memorial such as a picture or rendering of your loved one. Maybe a favorite scripture or line that captured the individual’s life in a few lines.
2) We then discuss styles, either standardized or custom, colors, type of stone such as marble, granite or bronze and provide you information and benefits of each so that you can make the best decision.
3) We then develop and initial computerized design or sketch so that you can see if what we have heard during our time together was actually captured. During this time we will also discuss the cemetery that the monument will be placed so that we can insure you that the piece being designed will meet the cemeteries specifications and requirements before being placed.
4) Once revisions are made in the design we can then discuss cost elements and be able to explain what is involved in each step so that, should you need to make adjustments, you can do so easily.
We know that many times these decisions can be difficult and it is important that you know that each of our representatives are professionals in being able to walk you through this time with as little stress and worry as possible.
We want you to feel like part of our family through the process.
We know this is a difficult time, so we're here to help.
